Reservations Inquiries

By reviewing the following information, and completing the required forms, you will ensure that your vacation request is processed quickly and accurately.

We try very hard to respond quickly to requests for information and reservations. However, it is not possible for us to confirm trip packages without a minimum of 72 hours notice. In addition, while we begin with your reservations on receipt of your completed Reservations Request Form, it can take 2-5 days of processing time to completely confirm all services. The completion time is subject to the responses we receive to our written confirmation requests returned by vendors. Thank you for your understanding!

For your protection, all of the information provided through our Reservations Form is transmitted through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer web server). This form is generated via our central reservations center for All Alaska Tours, Inc., which is the parent company of VisitNWT.com. To ensure your credit card security, we do not take orders over the telephone.
